That\u2019s why we work so hard to support family caregivers to help keep their loved ones safe. And it\u2019s the motivation behind our efforts to help reduce caregiver stress and maintain quality of life.\u00a0 We can\u2019t create more hours in the day, but we can deliver solutions that help you get more from the hours you do have with technology and care circles.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Technology<\/b> allows us to be engaged even if we can\u2019t be there in person. It can unlock access to data and information that allows us to communicate quickly and easily, make decisions with more confidence and stay updated on conditions.<\/li>\n<li><b>Care circles<\/b> unite family, friends and neighbors to support our loved ones in multiple ways around the clock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeline.com\/mobile-app\/\">My Lifeline<\/a> solution blends technology and the concept of care circles to support family care with access to tools to help improve communication, stay aware of issues and learn about caregiving. You can make notes about interactions with your family member \u2013 such as the care recipient\u2019s mood, mobility, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeline.com\/blog\/older-adults-good-nutritional-health-supports-independence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nutrition<\/a> and other categories &#8212; and store them right in the app. With all the information in one place, the entire care circle has the most recent data at its fingertips.<\/p>\n<p>My Lifeline also pulls in data from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeline.com\/medical-alert-systems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">our Lifeline devices<\/a>. no matter where you are in the world, you\u2019ll have peace of mind knowing your loved one is being looked after and that you will be notified if an emergency occurs. As we like to say, you\u2019re there even when you aren\u2019t together. You can even customize emergency response preferences and see a history of your family member\u2019s interactions with our trained call center professionals who are always there, 24\/7 to assist your loved one in getting access to help if he\/or she is experiencing an emergency.<\/p>\n<p>We know that caregiving can be challenging so My Lifeline also includes educational content on a range of topics including caregiver stress syndrome, condition-specific insights, and tips and tricks for common caregiving challenges. There\u2019s even an opportunity to participate in fun polls to test your caregiving knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Caring for a family member is a tough job, but one that brings joy and fulfillment. Our goal with My Lifeline is to boost your confidence, ease your stress, increase your ability to balance caregiving and other aspects of your life and make caregiving easier.
